Why not try our recipe for a cinnamon bun variation with 85% PeruPuro chocolate?
For 10 cinnamon knots you will need:
– 70 g butter
– 1 yeast dough
– 40 g cane sugar
– 2 tsp cinnamon
– 50 g PeruPuro chocolate 85%
Chop chocolate into small pieces.
Cream half of butter, sugar and cinnamon in a mixer.
Roll out yeast dough, spread with creamy butter mixture and spread chopped chocolate evenly on one half of the dough.
Fold over other half and cut dough into 3cm thick strips.
Twist the strips of dough and loosely knot them together.
Melt the remaining butter, sugar and cinnamon over low heat and brush the dough with it.
Then bake at 170 degrees convection oven for about 10 minutes.
Garnish the cinnamon knots with powdered sugar and enjoy!
