Shipping
We ship with DHL GoGreen, because DHL with its working conditions and service still seems to us as the best shipping service provider. With “GoGreen”, shipping isCO2-neutral thanks to investments in global climate protection projects.
We use only environmentally friendly tape and filling material made of paper and, where possible, used shipping cartons.
Normally we ship within 2-3 business days after payment is received. But we are a small company: When we are at a trade fair or on a lecture tour, for example, it can sometimes take longer. If the temperature is above 26°C, we do not ship chocolate, but wait until it is cooler.
REGISTERED customers order free shipping from a shopping cart value of 100€.
Shipping costs are calculated according to the weight of the package and include cardboard and packing materials.
