PERÚ PURO Coffee Sour

Have you ever made a cool cocktail with coffee?
Why not try the PERÚ PURO Coffee Sour 😉

You need 100ml cooled organic coffee, juice from a squeezed lemon, juice from half a freshly squeezed orange, 6cl bourbon whiskey, 4cl orange liqueur and sugar syrup (boil 2 tbsp sugar + 2 tbsp water and leave to cool). Pour everything into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes. Boil 2 tbsp. sugar + 2 tbsp. water and leave to cool).
Pour everything into a cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes and shake.
Strain the coffee sour into glasses, garnish with orange zest and enjoy!
