After harvesting, the cocoa beans are hand-selected and fermented, gently roasted, peeled and ground. This is where the fine roasted aromas unfold. The pure cocoa flavor is preserved, while unwanted bitter substances have dissipated.
To refine desserts and muesli or as decoration of cakes, pastries or chocolate. Adds that certain something to dark sauces or chilis. Tastes great as an accompaniment to fine red wines or whiskeys.
